Jesse would insist on it every time someone was formal -- even if it was just being polite. She had nothing personal against the notions. Formalities were really just not her thing. Hell, usually talking with people like this wasn't. She'd changed quite a bit after becoming Director. And, she'd have to be more social if it meant learning what was really going on in this place.
